4. Transfer

Your data is shared, strictly limited to the purpose, only with service providers supporting our form and email infrastructure (e.g. form-delivery service, email server) and, where legally required, with authorized public bodies. Where servers are located abroad, transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 9.

5. Retention Period

Form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the fulfillment of the communication purpose, or for the applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to request correction or deletion, to object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
